From the 1st of April, rebated red diesel and red HVO will no longer be available for use in power generation, only white diesel and white HVO will be available for use in our equipment.

Please return off hired equipment, with little or no fuel remaining in both generators and bunded fuel tanks. Please note, we will be charging as normal for fuel used.
If at the end of hire, there is still red diesel/HVO in the tanks that you wish to retain for use on your site, please discuss with your John F Hunt Power contact.
To reiterate, please do not return equipment to us in February full of fuel.
Please return equipment completely empty.
Any red fuel returned in March will be scrapped and charged in full, i.e. if a tank is returned containing 20% red fuel, this will be disposed of, and you will be charged for a 100% tank refill.
If you wish to retain any residual fuel for use on your site, please speak to your John F Hunt Power contact.
From the 1st April, all equipment will need refuelling with white diesel/white HVO only.
Fuel tanks will not to be exchanged but will operate with a mix of red and white diesel until the end of hire.
Please return fuel tanks and generators empty.
Any remaining fuel will be deemed as contaminated, disposed of and charged for.
All returning tanks will be purged and cleaned.
We will begin supplying new hires with white diesel/white HVO.
Sites must ensure equipment is only filled with white fuel.
Should tanks be filled with red diesel in error, they will be contaminated and subject to cleaning and disposal fees.
