In this flexible role, the successful candidate will be required to work in a range of delivery vehicles to support the growth of the new depot. This may include HIAB, 4×4 and Fuel Tanker vehicles.
The prime responsibility in this position is ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of equipment and fuel to a wide range of clients across the region, whilst representing the businesses core values in all customer interactions.
On occasion, there may also be a requirement to cover driving positions in our other Power depots to meet the requirements of the business.
This role comes with a competitive salary and 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
Responsibilities include (but are not restricted to) the following:
- Delivering equipment and fuel to customers across a range of industries
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Complying with all relevant procedures and safe systems of work
- Ensuring all proof of delivery procedures are carried our via PDA device.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance
- Willingness to take on other duties as and when required by the business, supporting the Depot Manager and the team to deliver first class service to our clients at all times.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Full CPC Licence
- ADR Licence
- Digi Tachograph Card
- Hiab experience required
- Hiab Wagon & Drag experience beneficial but not essential
- Fuel Tanker training and qualifications to be provided
